 Life can be grand

once you define your brand

But, are you sure it’s you

And not a soul askew

Your tapestry donned haphazardly

Blurring the lens of your persona

Creates the tricky task of loving imperfection

And tightly clutching your individuality

Once the snapshot of your life is developed

And the last piece of the puzzle is placed

You must strive to keep up with the pace

No camouflage will help you save face

Your menu of the day whets the appetite

Holding a plethora of ideas in your sights

But my friends beware and avoid a snare

You mustn’t be condemned in absentia

Consider your brand your personal label

Not a combination of fact and fable

It’s time you understand life’s not one size fits all

Learn to pick yourself up before you fall

Stay on the high road and don’t let yourself tire

Or your cherished brand will quickly expire
