How many times have you been deceived by the detox diet of the day? Maybe you’ve been sucked into one of the quadZILLION fake supplement shams? How many dollars have you spent on phony meal plans and workout DVD’s that have left you frustrated and abandoned?
I know, I know…you’ve been scorned and sucker punched right in the ol wazoo. Suck it up butter cup because that was then and this is now!
Not everyone in the FITness industry is a cold calculated counterfeit crony. Abercrombie and FITness brings it to you straight up cloak and dagger real! I call it counterFIT. I breathe a fresh wind into the sails and souls who have been lost in the sea of counterfeit FITness.
You’re not stupid! You’re simply super confused and overwhelmed by the saturated FITness frontier. You’re terrified to ask questions. You’re afraid to trust Mr. Friendly Joe Blow because “what if he just wants to make a quick sell a fast buck?” You’re smart!
Enough with the counterfeit phonies. Allow me to sweeten the bitter taste in your mouth that is resounding from all of the misguided information and sour supplements you’ve been popping. Sweetie, a daily shot of apple cider vinegar mixed with prune juice and honey will not make you skinny! At best you’re looking at a serious stomach ache oand possibly projectile vomit.
Do you really believe that you can get ripped, chiseled abs in just 10 minutes??
Gimmicks be gone. Get your GUNS out! It’s time to counter punch the frauds in the GUT with gusto. Today you will take the bull by the horns. Show them all who’s boss. Start here:
PROTEIN – it’s a necessity to any lean clean FIT diet. Premier Protein shakes are awesome and by far my go to meal replacement. I buy them at Costco which is completely convenient and hassle free. No messy powder to mix or fool with. It’s a quick grab and go for breakfast, lunch or pre-workout snack. Quest Bars are the bomb. Packed with fiber and plenty of protein to keep you full for two and half hours. GNC and Vitacost carry this brand. Tom Thumb also sells Quest but usually limited on flavors. You can never go wrong with eggs, turkey, grilled chicken, tuna and fish!
WEIGHTS – working out with weights is mandatory. Did you hear that? lifting weights burns FAT. THE END! (no skirting this one)
CARDIO – involves power walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, biking and or hiking. Burning calories for an extended period of time. Getting your heart rate up and challenging your limits. Work the hills and incline levels. Those wet droplets forming on your lip or brow…it’s called sweat. You’re welcome.
I’m not a proponent of fat burners and energy drinks because I have seen one too many backfire. I have ONLY EVER endorsed a pure organic supplement to be used for a short time as a kick-start. The TruHealth Fat Loss System is FANTASTIC! Click on the link for more info. I’m not a big vitamin junkie either. BUT..I do believe if you have deficiencies, Vitamin, C & D and B12 can be most helpful. I personally over dose daily on Biotin for skin hair and nails.
You heard it here folks…free ninety nine. CounterFIT baby, not counterfeit distorted truth.
Remember, you can’t rely on the other guy to eat or workout for you. No popular pill can kill the 35 minute cardio session calling your name. You can’t find a magic potion to swallow that will melt the fat. I promise, trust me, I’ve tried it all! What works is COUNTERFITness.
Counter kick and punch that old crap to the curb and trust the process. By all means ladybug EAT. Eat healthy servings of good pure unprocessed foods. Scrap the fast food joints and greasy fried foods. Leave the cheese. Lift dumbells. Drop the sugar laced can of cola. Lift the dumbells. Replace the crap with vibrant vegetables, brown rice, lean meat and water. It may be bland and a bit boring but it’s your gut and butt we are talking about it. CounterFIT. It’s worth it.
Hands up for the weekend doll.
Love, commit and get FIT!
