Sometimes, when you think about life generally, you might want to give up on some things, you start getting negative vibes about everything.

But you have forgotten one thing, that life is like a race, we start on different track, at different pace but with one goal.

During this race, some will tend to quit because of minor or big injuries, fatigue or with a belief that they cannot win simply because there is a huge gap between such person and another racer while some will make it to the end despite the amount of injuries they might have sustained.

For a mere fact that “A” started the race before “B” does not mean “A” will win the race and for the fact that “C” won the race by getting to the finishing line first doesn’t make “C” is the winner. As long as you don’t quit while the race is going on and you are also able to get to the peak of the race irrespective of who got there first, that makes you a winner.

As earlier said in the second paragraph above, virtually everyone on earth has a common goal which is often “SUCCESS.”

Everyone in this world wants to be SUCCESSFUL.

Success depends on how you define being successful. To some people, success is having the best grades in school, or building a sky scraper.

This reminds me of a story of an elderly man, who is neither rich nor poor, but whenever he speaks, he says, “For me, I do not know about others; I am the most successful person that earth has ever produced.” A neighbor of his asked, “How,” and the old man replied, “Because I was able to send my six children to school. I supported them right from their elementary education, to their tertiary education.”

Being successful is not all about money like some people always think.

To me, I see success as a sense of fulfillment, that is, achieving one’s innermost desire.
