You need to get a grip. You can start by taking it one step at a time. If things in your life seem overwhelming, take small steps toward making your life more manageable.

Understand and trust yourself. Know who you are and what you are capable of. There will be hurdles and there will be ways to resolve. The path you have chosen has a purpose, whether good or bad. Be happy if you chose the right path. Be determined to resolve if you chose the wrong path.

Don’t be concerned about what others think. Trying to constantly please others is tiring. Be open to how others think and feel but don’t tiptoe through life.

“I am not what I think I am; I am not what you think I am; but I am what I think you think I am” – Model-Netics

Live to be happy and make others happy. You have one life so make it a happy one. Others can sense your happiness, which can make them happy as well.

Don’t bear the burden alone. Reach out to someone for a helping hand. Another person’s perspective can help clear the fog.

Make the best out of a tough situation. Have a good cry if you need to but know laughter is right around the corner. Laughter can be the cure-all for a lot of tough situations.

Don’t give up hope. Stay strong and know that help is on the way. You can be your own best friend or your own worst enemy. Remember, the path you have chosen has a purpose. Be happy if it is good and resolve it if it is bad.

“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”

Maya Angelou

Cheers!
