You need to get a grip. You can start by taking it one step at a time. If things in your life seem overwhelming, take small steps toward making your life more manageable.

Understand and trust yourself. Know who you are and what you are capable of. There will be hurdles and there will be ways to resolve. The path you have chosen has a purpose, whether good or bad. Be happy if you chose the right path. Be determined to resolve if you chose the wrong path.

Somehow, I feel in touch with nature and recall how I longed for summer to be near, and now it’s here.

Toiling with the earth and fighting a year-long battle against nature, farmers hope for high yields from the perfect crop.  Even though the farmer knows that nature will always win (for she has an arsenal at her disposal), the farmer seeks to control that which cannot be contained.  Untameable, nature arbitrarily sends drought, flood, ice, and weeds.  One such challenge is the feral stinging nettle plant.

1) BOOKS!

A friend that every person who feels lonely at times can make is a book. Books not only are a great way of passing your lonely time, you also learn a lot from them. When I’m reading a book that’s really good it takes me into an alternate universe where I don’t have to think about today’s worries. So books are not only a good pass time but also help you relax and unwind. You also end up learning new words. So the next time you feel lonely, grab a book and dive into another world for a while.

The ability to make eye contact with someone as they speak is the most powerful tool we can have.  The ability not to break our gaze and give someone our complete attention is a true show of respect.  Yet, believe it or not, looking others in the eye can be a struggle for some.

Remember when you were a child, how much fun you had.Everything was playful and interesting. Nothing was that serious, you didn’t care.. And what’s there to care about, your main goal was to have fun, to play with life, because that’s why we are here on this planet. We are here to enjoy the life, it’s just a playground. Every child knows it. We can’t teach it to little human beings, because there’s nothing to teach, we all know it deep in our hearts. But as we grow older, we tend to forget it and I’m here to remind you something.
